Archaeologist Tomas Gallareta explains to IMS members the different stages of construction of the main structure in Xocneche, a Puuc site. The building shows without doubt that the building was erected in either Late Preclassic or Early Classic; one more evidence that the Puuc area was inhabited much earlier than originally thought.
